Accurate detection is the foundation of every good slab leak repair. When the leak's location and the pipe's condition make it the right call, we open a focused section of slab to access and repair the pipe directly. Epoxy lining seals the inside of the pipe with a cured coating, closing pinhole leaks without opening the slab. It is a candidate when the pipe is structurally sound but suffering from pinhole corrosion. We evaluate candidacy honestly, because lining cannot fix collapsed, bellied, or severely deteriorated pipe.
Tunneling digs an access tunnel beneath the foundation from outside the home, reaching the leaking pipe without breaking interior floors. It is especially valuable when the leak sits under finished flooring or in a post-tension slab. Soil conditions and leak location determine whether tunneling is practical for your situation.
Hot-water lines fail under slabs more often than cold lines because heat accelerates corrosion and thermal expansion stresses the pipe. We isolate and test the hot side separately during diagnosis, and hot-side leaks often reveal themselves through warm floor spots. Repair options are the same as for cold-side leaks, chosen based on location and pipe condition.

We expose the section, cut out the failed portion, and join new copper with proper fittings and protection from concrete contact. Like all under-slab work, this follows precise detection so the opening stays minimal.
